Dear Mike, Jacobs Facilities Inc. is serving as Maricopa County's Project Manager for the Jefferson Street Forensic Science Center Project. I assume you are familiar with the project. If you would like any information about the project (technical review and concept reports), I would be happy to send them to you. I could also put you in touch with our project manager in Phoenix, who would be happy to meet with you and others at the Department to discuss the project. Jacobs is also involved in the Los Angeles Forensic Science Center project which is in the early stages of development. I could send you preliminary information for that project also. We would like information on any new police labs (preferably in the western region of the U.S.) that have been built within the last two years and that support a population of one half million or more.
