I would like to purchase a copy of The Genetics of Dermal Ridges, by Sarah B. Holt (1968) Charles C Thomas, Springfield, Illinois.

I have checked mainstream sites like Amazon and Half.com, to no avail! Any ideas would be much appreciated. (I am currently in the UK if that makes any difference)
