As settlement negotiations threaten to stall it is full steam ahead for the 5 week civil hearing in February next year in Scotland’s Court of Session.

While this represents unwanted further trauma for Shirley perhaps this is the only way the truth will ever be known.

Meanwhile things go from bad to worse within the Scottish Fingerprint Service as its leaders apparently fail to settle the dispute between the Grampian experts and SCRO.
