In a major new development David Asbury, the man convicted of the murder of Marion Ross and later released when the fingerprint evidence against him was found to be ‘unreliable’, is suing the four experts responsible for the fingerprint identifications.

As followers of the SCRO saga will know TWO fingerprints identified by the SCRO during the course of the Marion Ross murder investigation have long been dismissed by the world‘s fingerprint experts.
