One list of fingerprint expert consultants is at onin.com/fp

The Certified Experts listed there have met the criteria of the International Association for Identification and undergo periodic certification retesting.

Whether or not identifiable latent prints are present on the cardboard case or CD is a matter of chance. Any latent prints deposited years ago may have been smudged or otherwise destroyed on the CD, but there may be a better chance for identifiable latent prints being present on the cardboard case, especially if it is not plastic coated (finger/palm print residue soaks into porous surfaces and may be developed and identified decades later).

I have a CD (that has been kept inside its cardboard case) that I believe a friend of mine gave to me several years ago; my friend states he has never seen the item before in his life. So we now have a friendly wager that we've agreed to solve with the help of fingerprinting--i.e. if his fingerprints show up on the CD or case I will be deemed right; if not he will be deemed right. The loser will pay for the cost of testing (plus $250 to the winner). So my question is how can I find a reputable company to perform the testing for us? I've been searching Google to little avail. Any ideas? Thanks
