It is possible, however it will depend on further factors. Such as how the environment has been since the object was touched, the actual surface of the wood (ie, is it finished, or raw?), and what was on the persons fingers when they touched the wood (ie, was there any sweat or oils?). But it is possible. And the curve shouldn't really effect the deveolpment of the prints.

Can you retrieve a fingerprint from an outside wood on a curved survace?
