Greg, Try calling the Seattle AFIS Unit or the King County AFIS Unit. Ask about jobs in the 10-print Identification Unit and the Jail Identification Unit. Michele |

I'm in the Seattle area and am wondering what is required (school/training/experience/certifacates?) to find a job related to finger print processing or identification. I called the Seattle Police HR department and they had no idea. I don't see any job postings now but I know I have in the past and thought that I remember it only involved passing a test. I'm wondering what to do to begin such a career. |
