You could try and use Molybdenum dioxide(Small Particle Reagent [SPR]). The powder is mixed with water and a soap solution(dishwashing liquid) and sprayed onto the wet surface. The powder is bio-chromatic and can be applied to any colour surface.

I had a case where fingerprints were left on a vehicle, but there was so much dew on it that when i tried to dust and lift nothing would come off of the car. Is there a better technique?
