FINGERPRINTS FROM CORRESPONDENCE: HOW AND WHO CAN I PAY TO LIFT FINGERPRINTS FROM A TYPED LETTER AND THEN COMPARE WITH MY SUSPECT AGAINST ANOTHER DOCUMENT TO PROVE IM RIGHT. Someone slit open my mail at work, examined the contents, and then placed them back in the envelope. Can fingerprints be obtained from regular bond paper? I am looking for someone who can do this. email me at dougevan@cox.net |
