Cindy,

Latent print identifications must be verified by another competent latent print examiner. Usually it is another examiner in the same office, but in the case of small departments it can be an examiner in a neighboring agency.

Hi... I'm wondering who latent print indentification's must be verified by.... I'm thinking either an FBI agent, an ACE specialist or a qualified latent print examiner. I know that the examinar identifies the print but is that the final stage, legally, or does it need to be further verified by someone else, and if so.. who?
