The article presents a new physical developer formulation, which now has only two kinds of solutions. The new physical developer can develop water-insoluble latent fingerprints on porous and nonporous surfaces£¬and latent fingerprints on adhesive tape. There are no black backgrounds developed by traditional physical developers.
