I AM TRYING TO FIND A LATENT PRINT CLASS FOR CIVILIANS IN THE LOS ANGELES COUNTY AREA. PLEASE HELP. THANKS

Maybe I missed the heading, but I have been looking for Latent Print Training in the Northwest for a long time and cannot find any where they teach civilians. If anyone can point me in a direction I would greatly appreciate it.
