DO IDENTICAL TWINS HAVE THE SAME FINGER PRINT AND ARE FAMILY MEMBER FINGER PRINTS SIMILAR. WHERE CAN I BUY A POSTER ON FINGER PRINTS OR A LARGE POSTER OF A FINGER PRINT. CAN I AND MY GRAND -DAUGHTER VISIT A POLICE STATION AND ASK QUESTIONS ABOUT FINGER PRINTS. |

Given ideal circumstances, and with sufficient quantity and quality of ridge detail in each image, a well qualified expert may be able to complete a positive identification within 30 seconds. It would, however, probably be unusual (unless the expert believes it is a non-binding entertainment type of exercise). An expert making a positive identification is staking their career and reputation on the line... and you may have a fight on your hands if you DEMAND that the comparison be completed in such a short time. If the two impressions are not made the same person, an expert may often be satisfied that the prints are not from the same finger after studying them for less than 30 seconds. |

Is it possible to make a positive identification from a fingerprint just rolled on a 3 x 5 card and compare it to a poster size fingerprint impression with the naked eye and do this within 30 seconds? |
