(2011) Use of stains to detect fingermarks. Biotechnic & Histochemistry, 86(3), 140-160. - Dilag J., Kobus H. J., & Ellis A. V. (2011) Nanotechnology as a New Tool for Fingermark Detection: A Review. Current Nanoscience, 7(2), 153-159. [The first one is a book chapter we wrote recently, which covers extensively the topic. The second one is a review we wrote for non-forensic readers, but which also covers the use of nanoparticles.] Just a note: at the ESC (UNIL), our main research strategy is oriented towards the use of nanoparticles to detect fingermarks, for several years now.
