It's simple really, the better the quality of the fingerprint image, the better the human or the AFIS system has of identifying the minute characteristics there are within it, for example a blurred picture of a red car, will always be a blurred red car, if it is in focus, then you can see the make, model and registration plate of the car. Hope this helps

Please explain why the guality of recorded fingerprints and the correct recording of those fingerprints are important for future use.
