No minimum number of points in America, because of the great variety in the quality and quantity of information in various impressions (less quality/clarity requires more quantity... more quality/clarity permits identification with less quantity information in an impression). 2. Identification is supported by over 100 years of observations documenting permanence/persistence and uniqueness. |
