the first bureau was set up in 1892 in la pata argentina. it was set up by juan vucetich a croat who emigrated there. the first identifcation by fingerprints was in nechochea argentina and investigated by vuceticha and his colleague inspector alvarez. francesca rojas was found guilty of murdering her 2 sons. she was identified by a bloody thumb print on the door jamb | ||
