In a German article on DNA extraction, Paper was processed with Iodine fuming then Ninhydrin. It states Iodine and Ninhydrin (SOAT) fingerprints were developed. Does anyone know what SOAT stands for? I can't find this anywhere. Maybe other chemicals were used? What's more impressive is that DNA was extracted from the image.
