no. the ridge detail is never duplicated due to the way it develops in the womb before birth. however sometimes the ridges can have similarities but they will never be the same. therefore all portion of friction ridge skin is unique.

the lines are called ridges. these ridges appear on your fingers,palms and even the soles of your feet. this skin is called friction ridge skin. friction ridge skin is formed in the womb and as each and every feotus is subjected to different pressures within the womb the friction ridge skin detail will never be duplicated.therefore each and every portion of friction ridge skin in the world is different and unique.
