How about a talk titled "CSI In Your Kitchen Cabinet", about the powerful role of "Super Glue", the common tube in everyone's home junk drawer, in latent print development?

I think that would make a decent "gee-whiz" topic that could hold interest and be coherently conveyed in three minutes.
