How many types of minutiae are there in human fingerprints?

We know that Ridge Ending, and Ridge Bifurcation are the most common types of minutiae.

Do anyone know the probability with which the endings exist or the probability with which the bifurcations exist?
Also, what is the probability with which all other types of fingerprints exist?
