I AM PREPARING A TERM PAPER AND CAN NOT FIND WHEN
THE PHOTOGRAPHING OF FINGERPRINTS, FOOTPRINTS AND TIRE TRACK IMPRESSIONS WERE FIRST USED IN A CRIME SCENE. ANY HELP WILL BE GREATLY APPRECIATED.
