If you have a pipe that is covered partly with electrical tape and is handled by a subject with the subject holding it with both hands is there any way to tell the odds of the item holding a print? I understand that there are a lot of variables. The item remained dry. Was not exposed to any adverse conditions. Would it be likely or would it be unlikely that a print would be recovered? I also understand that this is opinion only. Thank you for any assistance. |
