Hello.
There are several things I do not like about this identification or the
way it was presented. The first is that the court exhibits cut off the
top of the latent print and the inked print, which is suspicious to me,
since the ridges at the top appear to me to be the clearest. The second
is that there is normal distortion and then there is abnormal distortion
and this is abnormal distortion. I could see it if the ridge detail was
very clear, but it clearly is not.
I wouldn't have put myself out on a professional limb with this one. I
vote "not of comparison quality."
2 and a half years experience, by the way.
