I am co-moderating a discussion on sufficiency for a latent print examiner's meeting coming up. I've reached out to agencies I have personal contacts with but wanted to post here as well for a broader audience. Are there any agencies in the US that have set a minimum number of minutiae required to call a print sufficient for comparison? I understand terminology may differ among agencies so this can encompass all variations, including differentiating value for comparison and exclusion only. Thank you!
