can u help me in developing a finger print identification system. First to process scanned image then minutiae extraction and matching . i need to know details .Algorithm to be followed and also documentation.

i want to know the detailed answer about how can i process a scanned image.The detailed process steps + code +tools & every thing related to it.How can i write its documentation.how can i create its diff phases of documentation(requirement specification phase,planning,prototyping etc)
