I am working as a trainer in southeast Asian police departments. I am teaching a course on the collection of latent prints, however these PD's are heavily underfunded. Does anyone have any information on how to create fingerprint powders, wetwop, ninhydrin solutions, etc. from common household chemicals / items available in drug stores (ie. using gentian violet and water to make crystal violet or mixing woolite, bi-chromatic powder and water to make a wetwop)
