The list is fairly long and can be divided into two areas. I could come up with 20-30 statistical studies (if you're looking for probabilities) but the more solid research is done by William Babler. His research isn't a statistical likelihood but rather determining how ridges are formed to show why two fingerprints cannot be formed the same.
