I hope someone may be able to help me. I am trying to validate the new "Acid Yellow" process for the lab, but have been unsuccessful with its results.
We recieved the Acid Yellow product from Bvda and mixed it ourselves. We followed the instructions very closely, but were unable to get anything to fluoresce.
With Utah being a very dry climate, blood will fixate on its own rather quickly. I allowed the blood to fixate own and applied a fixative.
No luck...any suggestions?
