My thoughts as I read this case over is that the prosecution failed to solidfy ACE V as credible methodology. I have some more reading to do, but I agree with you as it may be problematic. Thanks for responding.

Scary and potentially problematic but so far I've heard a judge has 'respectfully' disagreed with Souder. Of course, I disagree with her too.
